ENTRY FEE (per person): $69 (1-event) / $84 (2-events) / $95 (3-events)
DEADLINE: July 20th. Unpaid entry is subject to removal without notice. No-shows are prohibited and will be penalized.
EVENTS: Singles / Doubles / Mixed Doubles (each player can only join 1 singles, 1 doubles and 1 mix)
CATEGORY: Blue Shell (Open) / Baby Shell (U19 Juniors) / Navy Shell (35+ Masters)
．U19 = born on or after August 5th, 2006.
．35+ = born on or before August 2nd, 1990.

FORMAT: ABCD Flight (minimum 3 matches) for draw size of 16 and up / ACD Flight (minimum 2 matches) for draw size under 16
