Badmintology x South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre presents Badmintology 10.2 WINTER FIESTA OPEN 2019!!
As we are heading into the festive season, come celebrate the New Year with us and start 2019 with a blast as we continue to celebrate our 10th anniversary at the second tournament of the season on January 4th-6th at South Surrey Rec! Hope to see you all.
DATE: January 4th – 6th, 2019
LOCATION: South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre
ENTRY FEE: $30 (1 event) / $40 (2 events) / $52 (3 events)
DEADLINE: December 23rd, 2018. Unpaid entry is subject to rejection. Uninformed withdrawal is prohibited.
EVENTS: Singles / Doubles / Mixed Doubles (you can only play 1 singles, 1 doubles and 1 mix)
CATEGORY: Open Blue Shell / Open Red Shell / Open Green Shell

(Blue Shell – Feather birdies, Red Shell & Green Shell – Plastic birdies)
FORMAT: Single Knockout with Consolation (minimum 2 matches)
REWARDS: Collectible Drawstring Bag (free for all participants); Trophies, Medals, and Prizes
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY night: Singles (most likely except Green Shell Mens Singles)
SATURDAY all day: Green Shell Mens Singles (most likely), follow by All Womens Doubles, and All Mens Doubles
SUNDAY all day: All Mixed Doubles
